Dawn
My name is Dawn and I have been with West 10 Podiatry Centre for 11 years.
I graduated from Youngsville High School in 1985 with my main course of study being Business.
I worked for Blair Corp., formerly New Process Co., until I got married and relocated to the Canadohta Lake Area in 1989 where I raised my children, Nicole and Amber.
After my children were in school all day, I went to work for Mangel's Consumer Inc. for 8 years until the company closed.
I started at West 10 Podiatry Centre in September of 2007. In my time at West 10, I have worked at the check-in window, I have assisted the doctors and currently, I am at the check-out/scheduling desk. I am a real people person and I love getting to know the patients, a lot of whom I have developed a great camaraderie with. In 2015, I was diagnosed with breast cancer and I couldn't have asked for a more caring and compassionate group of people to work for, and with. They helped me get through a difficult time in my life.
In my spare time, I love spending time with my family, especially my grandchildren, Madison 6 and George 2. I also love to travel around on our Harley Davidson motorcycle with my husband of 29 years, Bruce.
