Medicare, Highmark, Blue Shield, Health America / Health Assurance, UPMC, Aetna, First Health, Univera, Unison Advantage, and many more. Please contact our office for more health insurance participation or call the number on the back of your insurance card to find out if our office is participating with your insurance company.

Payment Options
Our office would be glad to submit charges to your insurance for payment. Deductibles, co-insurance, and office visit fees are due at the time of service. We gladly accept Visa, Master Card, and Discover card.

Facilities and Equipment
Many procedures can be performed in office, including, laser procedures, vascular studies, permanent and temporary nail procedures, X-rays, and ESWT.

We also have surgical privileges at Village Surgery Center, Saint Vincent Surgery Center, Hamot Surgery Center, Millcreek Community Hospital, and Saint Vincent Health Center.
